Cool 9th

8 SWAGGER HANOVER good barns can do good things for a trotter with some rest off with a trotter. This horse shows a good second in an inferior barn in a 20/30 mix back at Yonkers. This field is very vulnerable.w/1-4-5-7-10 in a box.
Win at 5-1 or better.

i been follllowing the harness races for awhile now . the only reason why is because long shots come in all the time either win or place killing bet tickets. no way to pick winners.
put your money on the place position for a few races you are sure to win one .
just posting what i been observing. no facts other than results.

Always glad to see a contributer.I have been following this game too for sometime. The harness game is on life support, because of the low mutual payouts actually. This is winter time and we always see the bigger prices this time of year.In the summer the average price will go down drasticaly. The racing will still be good here at the Meads and profits can be made.

Thanks again and good fortune

dont understand how long shots can come in place so often.
there is no price indication for it. yet someone hits the tri and the exactas.
just confuse. i know most of you are been following this type of racing for awhile in some fashion. is this common?

It's just what it is my friend.I dont believe their is any rhyme or reason to anything concerning the payoffs in the win/place spot,or any other payoff spot.
I can tell you though that harness racing has always, since the early/mid 80's until the present, been dropped by many of the big bettors, because of the low payoffs all around.Their are a few big factors of course.

Have a good night.
