The issue with condensed layoff lines appearing in the incorrect spots is now fixed. For cards today going forward, they should be correct. If you happen to see it again, please let us know.

I tried asking customer service at TimeForm and got no answer--Is the condensed version available with the PP's purchased thru the TVG handicapping store? Thanks

Sent you all an email late last night but have not heard back yet...when I purchased and brought up the PPs for Keeneland and for Oaklawn for Saturday, I wanted the condensed version. Not anything has appeared showing those. Can clearly scroll or print the races in full, but no condensed version offered.

Hmmm. Not sure what the issue is. I see they are available this morning. Keep in mind that we make full card and condensed as cards go final.

Reloaded my purchases just now. Unlike late last night, though the printable cards were final, all three icons are showing this morning. The condensed version is in place. And now printed.

I really am going to miss Mike Beer and Dan Illman's race previews at DRF, but good luck to him at timeformus.

If you guys could have him do some video previews of the major stakes races, I would pay for a subscription service where I could get access to those videos.
