Is the late (only) pick 4 a jackpot bet now ? It says 50% carryover in the racing form. If so this is a huge bummer for me.

I think this was poorly worded on the screen. In reality, it looks like the 50% carryover provision is only in the event nobody hits all 4. They will then pay 3 or 4 and carry over half. It isn't a jackpot bet.
