Most of your ADW's will have track conditions listed about an hour before first post. A lot of them put track conditions on the same page as the scratches

Equibase posts current weather, track conditions, and scratches each morning as soon as the tracks report it to them. Usually available at least 2 hours before first post.

And I’d just like to add that on the app, if you go to the changes section. And select track, it should have the track conditions listed

If you're referring to the "Today's Racing" app. Track conditions are displayed on the app about the same time they are displayed on the web site. For example for Parx today this image was taken at 10:55 AM, five minutes after the information was received from the track.
