What a joke. He can't run another race before summer. What will his summer campaign consist of. The Travers and then the Breeders Cup in the fall. Two more races for the year.

It's stupid to appeal and skip the Preakness.

Winning the Preakness (and Belmont) could increase the chances of a successful appeal.
