Serious question for those here who have legal expertise: Isn't what Omar said treason? A government official espousing the dismantling of the US seems like she's against the very principles she swore to uphold when she was elected.

You've got this all wrong. The problem is not between Tucker and her. The real problem is that her own current words speak numerous decibels louder than her past actions.
Has it occurred to you that the wounds she suffered soured her on American ideals?
