That's nothing one day Rudolph asked his co host if BELMONT was a harness or a flat track.

Ticket after ticket (mostly P3, P4 action) gets plugged daily, without any accountability as to how their selections are doing over time.
You only ever hear about the occasional hit, which gets applauded like crazy.
Any serious gambler knows - record keeping is essential.
If they ever had any handicappers on air who could actually pick winners consistently, maybe people would take some notice.
They, obviously, need "on-air talent" to introduce programming.
At the same time, many of these people find it hard to pick winners.
If there was a tally of their plays on the screen, over a week/month/meeting, there might be some embarrassment. Perhaps, even a career change?
With summer racing on the horizon, it's time for change at TVG/HRTV in how they go about trying to drum-up betting interest.

I would have to believe that many, if not all, of their hosts who release pick anything tickets are in the red. If they were in the black, all of them, i would have to imagine they would show you the 'lifetime boxscore'.
There's really nothing stopping any individual person from spending hours per week keeping track of every TVG analysts bets, so if that floats your boat, why not?
Its pretty obvious that all these analysts are lifetime losers with stuff they gave out, its not rocket science. They are talking heads not professional gamblers.
I guess the 64 dollar question would be this. Why does TVG not hire professional horseplayers to give out pick 4s? You don't even need to have these pro players show up into the studio, you can have their picks just put up on the screen. Would you be more interested in betting a pick 4 from a guy who makes his income from horse betting, or some talking head from TVG?

How many newbies have they busted out since they began?
How many times has Ken Rudolph sent people to the windows on one of his picks to "pad your bankroll" in the early races?
"Pad your bankroll" my ass.

Ken Rudolph needs to call Santa (not Santa Anita) and inquire about the job of pulling his sleigh on Christmas Eve. Rudolph is a natural, give him enough whiskey until his nose glows red. As a TV personality and handicapper the guy is a total failure and needs to find other employment.

Hey, there is such a thing as personal responsibility and accountability.....if someone is naive enough as a new horse player to turn on TVG for the first time (or CNBC, etc as an investor) and take the talking heads picks as gospel then I have a bridge in Brooklyn to sell them.
I think you underestimate most people.

The only way this stuff stops is a class action lawsuit.
And that aint happening anytime soon.
Let the buyer of the tickets beware.

Maybe one day if HANA gets big enough, they can organize stuff like this, they can get some money to hire some fancy lawyers and go after places like this.

Why stop with TVG....might as well sue anybody who states a public opinion on the outcome of a future event....like Newspapers, POTUS, CNBC, all politicians, etc.
