Sheriff Deputies arrived in 5 min and corralled him as he tried to drive off. I produced my ID and Pistol permit and they never blinked. I advised them I was armed. No problem. They inquired as to where my firearm was (on my hip) and what kind? Never asked to see it and allowed me to wear it the entire time.

For now...until the day comes when nine unelected little "kings" who rule over the U.S. Judiciary, and consider themselves superior to the other two branches of government (as opposed to equal with!), decide that the Second Amendment is much more restrictive than originally thought. Judicial Tyranny will be the downfall of this country. And both the dimwits and rinos secretly love this arrangement for ruling the country because the SC does all the dirty work, all the heavy lifting. The tyrant "kings" on the court never have to worry about political fallout because they weren't elected to begin with! In fact, this is why politicians also love this arrangement because it lets them off the hook, as well! They don't make the really important decisions. The supremes can just make laws up as they see fit, and the politicians on either side of the aisle won't any take heat for it.

Please explain "The Supreme Court is Saved" sentiment that was spreading like wildfire amongst my conservative caballeros after the election of Trump.YOUR side is the one obsessed with the makeup of the Court. Not that I disagree with much of your premise. In an ideal world, the SCOTUS would have staggered 10 year appointments and a mandatory retirement age .All it would take is an Act of Congress. But it will never happen.

I for one have never claimed that the SC is a conservative court! I know what Roberts is. I've had his number for quite some time back when BO was president. Perhaps Gorsuch is cut from the same cloth.

That's a crock, right off.
People you describe are all about capitalism - on their terms.
The Koch family springs to mind.

First, off, what makes you think I had Koch in mind? Why not Soros? Or Rockerfeller?
Therein is the hypocrisy. The elites will always want to line their pockets at the expense of the masses. It's called State Capitalism. Greatest example on the planet today is China! If you think China is a true, blue capitalist society, that believes in upward mobility for its people, real property ownership, etc. I have a bridge to Australia to sell you.

The dimwitted left just give a pass to scumbags like Soros.
Probably because he spends $$$ to defeat republicans.
And of course, the left wing nit are nothing but sell outs, so it is not unexpected. They just like to pretend they stand for
something. And not the Flag or National Anthem.

Orange County’s Democratic Party is hoping sundown is on the horizon for the Duke.
This week, officials passed an emergency resolution condemning film legend John Wayne’s “racist and bigoted statements” made decades ago and are calling on the Orange County Board of Supervisors to drop his name, statue and other likenesses from the international airport.

It’s under my shirt. He knows though.
Since then I have approached him (ironically while he was walking his dog) and we have smoothed things over (for now) by talking it out. He was an easy manipulation. I’d rather smooth it over rather than let it simmer.

I have a CCW permit and concealed means exactly that. If the authorities receive complaints that my weapon is visible they can jerk my permit.
