Michael Avenatti arrested

Michael Avenatti arrested for alleged $20 million extortion attempt against Nike

I remember, during his 15 minutes, how some on the left wanted him to run for the presidency.

Stormy Daniels lawyer gets arrested for extortion. I'm just shocked by this..

This is fast becoming the second worst week in the history of liberal politics

Dang, if only he learned from Al Sharptons' shakedowns ...he needed some minority foundation to funnel the money through and at least one person at the foundation that could be on Nike's Board of Directors to help prevent future indiscretions.

Sharpton and Jackson perfected that technique. Jackson, as I recall, would "suggest" recipients to whom the extorted companies should send the money. And those recipients all happened to be donors to Jackson's Rainbow Coalition.

There is little doubt in my mind that Avanatti did this. He always seemed like a con man to me. But that has nothing to do with the Stormy Daniels case.
I have no doubt that Trump paid hush money to Daniels and others.

And I never thought there was the slightest reason Avenatti should run for President. But he would still be a better president than Trump.

Also, facing charges in Cali, for stealing money from client settlements.

It is my understanding, the Justice Department under 0bama continued this practice.

Now being reported that Avenatti's co-conspirator is Mark Garagos.
