What happened to the forum member count?

I just happened to notice the member count went from around 60k to 31k. How many have you banned?? I'd better re-read the TOS again.

I deleted all of the folks who registered but never completed/confirmed their registration via clicking the link that is emailed to them automatically...this represented mostly spam registrations.

For some reason, they count in the total member list despite actually not being members since their registration was never finalized.

Those who register with invalid email addresses, never receive the confirmation email, and thus never officially complete their registration.

If by forum administrator you mean the company responsible for writing vBulletin...then you would be correct.

Otherwise, you're wrong...but nice try.

Does that mean that none of us are really registered until we send in our checks?

So it had nothing to do with the 30k who vocally protested against the CDI takeout raise. Thanks.
