IMHO, they should also refund food, beverage and room expenditures, or at least some reasonable percentage thereof.
Many people made plans and spent money with the intention of playing in a tournament. When the tournament was cancelled due to lack of proper security on the part of the Borgata, all monies spent by the customer should be refunded.
Is this a fairy tale I am in? Of course, because it will never happen. It would be the RIGHT thing to do, however.
