Churchill P6 payout question

Churchill had a mandatory pick 6 payout yesterday. The Equibase results page shows (for race 12):

$0.20 Pick 6 Jackpot: 4-5-12-4/7-1/5/7-4 (6 correct)

Does this mean, to get paid, you needed

Race 7: 4
Race 8: 5
Race 9: 12
Race 10: 4 or 7
Race 11: 1, 5 or 7
Race 12: 4

?

If so, how? If not, what do those slashes (/) mean?

Actual winners were:

Race 7: 4
Race 8: 5
Race 9: 12
Race 10: 7
Race 11: 1
Race 12: 4

I'm thinking that's including scratches that went to the favorite but I haven't looked at the payouts.

That would make sense. Thanks.

(I had 5 out of 6. Missed the #5 in the 8th.)

That is correct. Dashes separate races. Slashes between dashes list all horse numbers which are included in that race for payoff purposes.
