During the press conference Rudy said they had hundreds of sworn affidavits, signed under penalty of perjury, from people claiming to have personally witnessed election fraud.
Rudy may be old. He may have been nervous. And he may have been sweating under the lights with hair dye running down the side of his face.
But something in my gut is telling me he wouldn't have been up there in the first place saying what he said unless he thought those witness statements were reliable.
One way or the other, I guess we're about to find out:
Are those witness statements bullshit?
Or are the election results bullshit?

It is not going to the Supreme Court.
You keep demonstrating you have no clue what you're talking about.

Brad Raffensperger the Georgia Secretary of State is a Republican, by the way, for those keeping score at home.

In your own words...
To explain to me why the SCOTUS is going to hear cases regarding the certification of elections in states where said elections are determined by state law.
SCOTUS has no jurisdiction in how Georgia manages Georgia's election.

Their goal is to get it to the Supreme Court. I'm hoping they get it there.
What bothers you about looking into a voting system with multiple instances of fraud?
You say there is no fraud so why aren't you just cruising around being happy?

They did NOT bring 31 lawsuits. That was addressed in the press conference. Watch it.

Because as I have said, Ely and the rest do NOT want this to go further. They do NOT want everything to be on the up and up! I know if my credibility were at stake (as our election system is right now), I would want EVERYTHING on the up and up to be shown in full light....(NOT in the wee hours of the morning where votes are being dumped mysteriously for one candidate).
They would rather have Biden installed NO matter the consequences. It doesn't matter IF he lives under the umbrella of illegitimate. Bad orange man will be gone!!

GENERAL COMMENT
Regardless if this goes anywhere for Trump, there is a lot of reason to support a thorough review by the FBI CIA DOJ or the appropriate group to pursue the information regarding the technology. If they do not at any level respond, then we all should be concerned, very concerned about the government in our lives. It is a moral issue; an issue of integrity.
