This thread should have a higher purpose.....................
...........................namely, who is this lame individual (or bot?) who purports to be the real Tom? Remembering the more enlightened times of 15 or so years ago, the real Tom would never have posted any of the drivel that appears here under his avatar. The charm and wit are not the real Tom. I know the real Tom, and you are not the real Tom, whoever you are. I've sat with the real Tom at Finger Lakes and heard him quit the game many times. Losing jockeys (and even winning ones) lived in fear of his tirades. I don't think the horses liked him very much either.
We really need to get to the bottom of this. Where is he, and why doesn't he post any more? Maybe he thinks the rest of us have become too soft, and he doesn't want to associate his name with this wimpy forum anymore. This site would be troll-free if the real Tom could revive his enthusiasm for the cut and thrust, butcher and burn of the old days. Never mind Joe DiMaggio; where have you gone, Tom? The PaceAdvantage nation turns its lonely eyes to you.

When this thread started, I thought great, going to hear postive reports from Jcap users, but alas, this like the hsh thread was quickly hijacked.
I encourage Jcap users to tell us their experiences.

Rancont's Horses for Courses was a decent program you put in the data manually, he passed away many years ago in Vegas.

I had talked to him on the phone a few times, seemed nice to me.I had first met him back in the old Prodigy days on the horse racing bb.
I made a mistake his first software was Horses N Courses, the later one that used AI was called Stealth.
