Sorry to be blunt, but this is ignorant. The NRA has 5 million members, all individual citizens. The NRA's political clout is based on votes, not money. The NRA's endorsement is worth a lot more to a lot of candidates in votes than the NRA's money.

They are victims.

One massive brainwashing scheme after the next
through the history of this nation. The need for
guns was one of the earliest, and most successful.

Other schemes in modern times have evolved through
television advertising and the media. People don't
seem to know what to think unless they are told.
Whether it's which detergent to buy, or what sport
to watch, they are vulnerable to outside opinion.

The Constitution is part of the problem.
Interpretations are never the same, especially
when it comes to centuries old verbiage.
The right to bear arms never included
assault weapons, no matter how you spin it.

Mass shootings will continue.
We just move on to the next one.

I discussed this about the "well-regulated militia" part. While many uninformed people of the gun control lobby use that to bolster the point that people shouldn't own guns it, on the contrary, actually means people should be extremely well equipped.
