Yes but this guy got caught knocking the girl unconscious and dragging out of the door, way big difference than a racial slur.....

exactly! I think you missed the context of our replies, which was to the previous posters indicating that if someone were white and said a racial slur they'd get a bigger suspension than what Mr. Rice got.

I still say in 9 out of 10 instances they would. It's easy to pull one example out of the haystack and use it.

Well it's the most glaring example and kind of disproves your point. Your claim is what you think they would do....my example is what they DID do.
I know what you're getting at, that if you're a white guy and you say something racist it's 100 times worse, which is often true....but the facts don't support the claims made earlier. At least not yet.
