have I got this right?

If I read this correctly, you bet another 18 bucks Thursday and cashed for 4.10 losing a total of 13.90 on the day.

Sorry to all for any confusion. Thank you to those who clarified.

1. I play first selection only to win providing it's 3-1 or greater at pt

R1 - NP
R2 - 7, 4, 2
R3 - 6, 2, 1
R4 - 4, 3, 2
R5 - 1, 3, 5
R6 - 4, 10, 6
R7 - 2, 13, 9
R8 - 6, 5, 9
R9 - 9, 1, 4
R10 - 10, 8, 4

Good luck to the players!!

I'm not sure you read it correctly. Since he stipulated that he only bets the first selection to win if the horse is 3-1 or greater, he only wagered on races 2,4, and 6-10. Which means he wagered $14 and returned $0 for a total loss of $14 on the day.

And too bad he doesn't roll the pick 3s for $1 on his top 3 selections. He would have returned $1,193.75!

ok here's the sad part!

I just did the math...using all of your 3 selections in each race and, betting these wagers in ....all exacta combos
....all daily double combos
....a win on all 3 selections in each race
....all pic 3 combos
....$2.00 3 horse exacta boxes on all selections
would have entailed an outlay of 702.00
and returned a total of...............3247.30
for a net profit of.....................$2500.30

amazing!....selections even included a $50.00 winner

hit 5 straight daily doubles and
4 straight pic 3's
7 of 9 outright winners
breaking the string making 6 straight dd's and 4 straight pic 3's possible happened in the ninth race, when none of his 3 selections won.

thx for correction

I missed that about the odds stipulations

also, the total outlay on pic 3 and dd's and exactas make each a $2.00 wager, although a lesser $1.00 is accepted, I used $2.00

Try using those pick with the PAIHL wagering method - looks like getting contenders is a strong point.

Better break out my old slide-rule Pace Calculator!

Hi Dartman. I stick with top RR unless any selection within 10 points of the top RR has the highest APP AND RR+APP, then I place that selection on top.

Nice start to the day with the 8 in the first at 12-1. I am also a fan of the electronic pace calculator.
