The other thing I would point out, is that alot of off-shore sportsbooks have odds-caps. So If you pick a big priced horse you might not get the full odds. But otherwise it seems to be an intriguing method. I'd like to see what happens if you narrow down the types of races you play. Tossing out races is always a goodthing.

speedbiased

yesterdays plays were not so hot...theywere closers and the rain aided front runners in my opinion. We will goback to betting speed tomorrow. And only a select few other bets to see what happens. Initially we were betting 15 races and jumped to 30. Im only going to post stand out best bets. Obvious favorites for the most part that have a superior speed advantage. Someone smack me If I post for lad or mtn. I will also post for long odds speed horses. See ya tomorrow

Fri and Sat results

Looks like nobody has posted today so the haters have left and we can have our thing again... I got us losing $500 of our $900 on fri betting those closers. Sat we went back to speed and won our $70.00 back. So were $570.00 up. LIke I said before lots of entertainment. The first 7 days of my trials we avg $100 a day on speed horses..the closers cost us dearly. The closers are so effected by late scratches of speed and off tracks that it just seems smart to only bet speed, rational is rain improves speed staying ability and what looks like a speed duel can become lone speed with one scratch. I going to post early as possible due to church at noon.

OK.... these are place bets only.. You can try show and win if you like but Im trying to keep from huge loss days. Thus the place should be fine.

Can you reword this? It looks like you're saying -500 +70 = +570

reworded

We were up 980 lost 500 won 70 so were actually at $550. The goal is to eak out $50 a day. I know thats lofty, the west coast hand report brings in something like 3to 5 k a year and you have to bet 1 min to post to be accurate. I found it really hard to do. Subscriptions to that are in the $5oo a year range. Plus the lack of constant action made me make side bets. Easily negating any profits. I Know some of you guys can do that but my time is more valulable than to sit around for 2 races a day. Great info though. I am not knocking the report. The tvg guys use the same horses daily somehow. What a coincidence. We played alot of horses under 5 to one on Sunday, speed horses. Hopefully they will float up.

WONDERFUL RESULTS AGAIN FOR OUR SPEED PICS

AS USUAL OUR SPEED PICKS GAIN US $110.00 PROFIT (ONLY $38 WAS REBATE) FOR THE DAY ON OUR PLACE PICS. THAT PUTS US BACK TO $660.00 ON TOP. THOSE THAT BET TO SHOW WON AN EXTRA $80.00.... THATS WHAT ITS ALL ABOUT LOTS OF ACTION AND WE LEAVE HAPPY WITH ENOUGH CASH TO KEEP US HAPPY... BEATS THE HECK OUT OFLOSING A COUPLE HUNDERED ON EXACTAS AND TRI BETS. TO THE BEST OF MY RECOLLECTIONS WE ARE WINNERS 9 OF 10 DAYS ON OUR SPEED PICS AND THE 2 DAYS WE TRIED CLOSERS WE LOST OUR REAR. IF WE HAD SKIPPED THOSE DAYS WE WOULD BE AN EXTRA GRAND AHEAD.

I must be missing something. I'm seeing 42 picks, with winners paying 4.60, 10.80, 10.00, 2.60, 3.00, 3.20, 8.80, 12.00 and 11.70, which comes out to a $173 loss, assuming $20 bets.

See, I knew I was missing something.

But even after taking out the 5 scratches and looking at place bets only, I'm still seeing a $19 loss. Guess I'm still missing something...

Damn dude. Do you really have so much free time on your hands that you could even look all that worthless crap up? And post it?
