This is what he actually said:
Quote:
“I mean it’s important if we wanna see some change, we wanna see some things going different, we gotta get out there, get out into these avenues, get into these rooms to try to spark some change,” he said. “Jury duty is one of those things. Jury duty. Voting. All of those things we gotta do.”
|
Nowhere in the jury handbook does it say your duty is to SPARK SOME CHANGE.
It's to listen to the facts of the case and make an IMPARTIAL DECISION.
Cuck.

He stated that he was pushing forth societal change. He flat admits it. That is not the job of a jury. This will be debated big time on appeal

I would have had a tough time to convict if I sat on the jury, if the practice was no longer used it would be different in my mind. The judge instructs the jury at points during the deliberation, knowing what those instructions were plus the "pushing forth societal change" comments I tend to agree Ralph.

I don't think it was the tactic used as much as it was how LONG he used it...in the face of obvious distress...and the fact that Floyd was handcuffed and wasn't going to be able to get up anyway

I think it was that defiant look on his face.
There’s a picture. It’s worth a thousand words.

Prospective jurors lie. The court, defense, and prosecution know this.

And when they do, we need take appropriate measures, like granting appeals and arresting those who lie and try them for it.
