Can I ask you something? What is the $50 place bet you automatically add to your $100 win bet? If it's a "saver" bet--it's not saving you. Are you keeping a separate bankroll for win-and another bankroll for your place bets?

If you consider your selections as having "placed" 13 times out of whatever...that is not correct. As a "saver" it's only saved you 3 times.

Take your $100 Best Bet....wager $90 to win--and for a saver bet-wheel your pick underneath any 5 horses you like--for $2 exactas.

It still depends on your handicapping, whether you are profitable or not--but give yourself a chance.
