Nice full fields,delayed post times , suspected juice trainers, what could go wrong?

Race 6 just run--Navarro 16-1 over Navarro 22-1.

After today can't play any track he runs horses.

As long as Navarro is racing, the claiming crown and anywhere else he races is a farce and makes the game unbettable.

Why is there no outrage from other trainers?

Please chime in if you
a. know how he does it?
b. Are a trainer, what are your feelings as top purse money becomes far less attainable?
