And they said Trump was the bald-faced liar.

Let the truth be known that 1 cop died of a stroke that night after getting off duty (ie. natural causes...possibly vaccine-related?), and the other 4 killed themselves days and months later (or so the story goes).

So far, no proof has been shown that any of the January 6 protestors actually killed anyone...let alone 5 cops.

The media, no doubt, will definitely NOT be calling out this DIVISIVE lie from our supposed Commander in Chief.

Joshua James, one of the 11 Oath Keepers militia affiliates indicted earlier this year on a charge of seditious conspiracy alongside the group’s founder, Stewart Rhodes, on Wednesday became the first person to plead guilty to the sedition-related charge in connection with the storming of the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.

Under a plea deal revealed at a hearing on Wednesday evening, James has agreed to cooperate with prosecutors, who appear to view him as an important witness against Rhodes.

During the hearing before U.S. District Court Judge Amit Mehta, James confirmed that he and Rhodes had agreed to use any means necessary — including deadly force — to interfere with the transfer of power from President Donald Trump to then-President-elect Joe Biden...

So? Lots of crazy people have lots of crazy ideas...you're the first to admit that.

Did they actually do anything or use deadly force? Maybe they used "THE FORCE" to give that cop a stroke.

The only one who used DEADLY FORCE on January 6 was the Capitol cop who put a bullet into Ashli Babbitt.

So #343 on the FBI's January 6 attack list was removed from the list...despite him being at the Capitol with a GUN...this other guy (with the cross around his neck), who was charged with walking around the Capitol that day (weapon-less, mind you), just wanted to know why...I'd like to know why too...

The House committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol said on Wednesday that there was enough evidence to conclude that former President Donald J. Trump and some of his allies might have conspired to commit fraud and obstruction by misleading Americans about the outcome of the 2020 election and attempting to overturn the result.

In a court filing in a civil case in California, the committee’s lawyers for the first time laid out their theory of a potential criminal case against the former president. They said they had accumulated evidence demonstrating that Mr. Trump, the conservative lawyer John Eastman and other allies could potentially be charged with criminal violations including obstructing an official proceeding of Congress and conspiracy to defraud the American people.

The filing also said the men might have broken a common law statute against fraud through Mr. Trump’s repeated lies that the election had been stolen.

The Select Committee’s brief refutes on numerous grounds the privilege claims Dr. Eastman has made to try to keep hidden records critical to our investigation. The Select Committee is not conducting a criminal investigation. But, as the judge noted at a previous hearing, Dr. Eastman’s privilege claims raise the question whether the crime-fraud exception to the attorney-client privilege applies in this situation,” Chairman Bennie Thompson (D-Miss.) said in a statement.

“We believe evidence in our possession justifies review of these documents under this exception in camera. The facts we’ve gathered strongly suggest that Dr. Eastman’s emails may show that he helped Donald Trump advance a corrupt scheme to obstruct the counting of electoral college ballots and a conspiracy to impede the transfer of power.”

They won't come out with anything until the election time ... since the democrats have done so little except lose the independents and suburban mom voters.

Good video.

Maybe they should just drop all pretenses and hire Hollywood screenwriters and producers and make a blockbuster movie instead?

Hollywood could use another failure...maybe tap Spielberg who is fresh off his West Side Story mega-flop.

Liz says they may need 'enhanced criminal penalties' .... I hope they make them good so when the R's get back the House and Senate, they can jail so many of those dems.
