Yes, it's going to help a lot of trainers never have to worry about having one of the worst paying clients in the history of the game.

“His personal assets include a home in Teaneck, New Jersey valued around $3.6 million, $300 in cash and $14.42 in two checking accounts.”
Is it safe to assume he has money hidden with relatives ? The ironic thing here is that he owes millions of dollars but yet he will be able to keep his 3.6 million dollar home. Hey he has a 3 million dollar house but not enough money in the bank for a DD run.

Surely he has many hidden assets and won't be hurting anytime soon. This guys like an absentee landlord, likes to collect purse money (rent for a landlord) but doesn't want to accept any financial responsibility the other way. The games better without people like this.

Isn't he rumored to be a big gambler on horses?

Some truth in the saying; "It's the strong swimmers, who drown".
Wish him the best.

Pletcher and that vanning company didn't learn the first time when the stable reorganized under Ch 11 in 2010? The article seems almost identical listing the creditors. I know he had good horses so that's quite a hole to dig.
