I emailed them this morning concerning a question that I had. Dennis got back to me within a few hours. I'm thinking there is more here than meets the eye.

I've been buying the Saratoga Handicapper from them for years now. Have spoken with Dennis on the phone and met Jim at Saratoga one year. Both nice guys. Usually they mail out a flyer and then I send my order in but this year they quit the mailings. So I ordered it from their website. It took awhile before my login would work. I haven't received it yet but it's only been a few days.
The only problem I ever had with them was once they double charged my credit card but they made good. Oh yeah, and one year My Sar Handicapper was missing a couple of pages. Called them and they sent me a good one.
