HDW Files for Mon 09-13-2021

Just got a phone call from Ron Tiller at HDW.

Air Conditioning is out and it's about 95 Degrees F inside their office.

To prevent hardware damage they are shutting down servers until the AC is back up and running.

If you are an HTR or Pace Makes the Race customer - contact your software vendor.

Just got an update from Ron Tiller at HDW.

AC is back on and temp inside the office is now dropping.

They are restarting servers (which does take some time) and expect to be back up and running shortly.
