My guess is no looking at the fractions but I haven't time it yet. For this discussion I'll do it right now!

Finish line, video time of 1:35.10 and final time of 1:23.33.

So, start of the race should come at 11.77 (1:35.10 - 1:23.33). There is 40 feet of run up listed.

That looks pretty good to me. I don't pretend I can measure 40 feet off of video accurately, but I know roughly what it looks like after doing it so often.

The 1/4 mile should come at 11.77 + the fraction time of 22.34, so 34.11.

This one looks solid.

The 1/2 time should come at 11.77 + the fraction time of 44.10, so 55.87.

This one does not look solid.

I move the video frame by frame to get the leader to the pole and get a time of 56.10.

This is exactly the type of problems I find with GPS. This one isn't as bad as the one Saturday, only 0.23 too fast as opposed to 0.50, but it is much too large in my opinion.

The incremental fractions in the chart look like this:

22.34, 21.76, 39.23

They should look like this:

22.34, 21.99, 39.00.

I didn't bother with the 6f time because the angle is tough and I don't really use it for these races anyway.

I went back in my notes after doing this and found I had adjusted the half mile fraction by 0.20 already! DOH.

Caught a fat finger at Mountaineer tonight, R2, half mile reported as 46.18 instead of the actual 48.18. I already reported it to Equibase. Like I said, this has been rare lately.

That one got flagged when I ran my worksheets but I haven't checked it out yet.\

EDIT: Just did, video shows 1:44.82, so an Equibase typo for sure.

Also, while you're in your data, adjust R6 by two full seconds, another one entered into the system wrong.

Both races six and eight at OP have been corrected. We continue to thank Craig for his efforts.

Anyone else is welcome to contact me directly when they note an issue in a chart by emailing estarr@equibase.com

CJ, want to give a look at the 1m dirt races from Gulfstream on Apr 19th, races 6 & 8? Trakus matches the charts but this is just a no way situation, right?
