There is accurate data available for just about any group who wants to come here, like DACA and the costs of us taking them in. Those costs are greater than than most groups due to crime, welfare and all the usual liberal sinkholes. The savings just postponing is great, every year numbers lose DACA protections for several reasons. When just one revokes their protection, several members of a family get deported because they came in illegal too. It can add up to the millions when just one loses status because federal aid to the several connected to the one family member who is the youngest one who lost status.
That is just the facts and really just the tip of a very expensive problem, extending those protections to those who have not come here yet is the bigger problem. Fixing the problem should include cutting off any new incoming to that program, not fixing it correctly has the potential of bankrupting us down the road. If the left hold a hard line and nothing gets done, several get deported every time someone (1) loses status. Can democrats overplay their position, hell yes.

He wasn't referring to the people, he was referring to the places.
But of course that's not how they'll interpret it.
