First off, get yourself a copy of the Saratoga Handicapper by Bill Mazur, and or a copy of the DRF Saratoga Preview. There will be all sorts of info about it there. BUT, note that Saratoga is a track with tighter turns , with inner more so, hence large horses may be disadvantaged by it ,but like the round turns of Belmont. Also pay attention to post positions and the length of the race, with the run to the first turn a concern. That said, pay attention to trainers as well . Do your homework, it can be a tough meet if not prepared. Gotta go , good luck !
