No that only happens when the crime is against the peasants... when it happens against the ruling class well off to the dungeon. We have to remove that threat from the street.
Just look at the trespassing/paraders... that are still locked up for over two years in a DC dungeon... but there have been school shooters let loose the very next day.

Elder abuse is "a single, or repeated act, or lack of appropriate action, occurring within any relationship where there is an expectation of trust, which causes harm or distress to an older person.
Why did the police chief mention elder abuse? That implies they knew each other.

Try an experiment for me. Lock your keys in your car. Then smash the side window with a hammer. Tell me there is no glass outside the car. But, before you do that, seek medical aid for the glass that flew back into your eye. Most of he glass will go into the house. Some will fly back.

Side windows of cars are not double pane, that is obviously a double pane window. There is debris what looks like 3 feet outside the house.

I bet the "Where is Nancy?" part was made up. The guy is a nudist activist, and lives in an old school bus in the driveway of his nude model ex-girlfriend's house. The house with a gay flag in the front yard. He lives like a hippy liberal, he probably swings both ways sexually and politically. Also why didn't Mr. Pelosi lock himself in the bathroom? That could at least slow the guy down. Why hasn't bail been set or denied? Lots of oddities in this case.
