I honestly thought this was going to be about the state of the game and how it is unwatchable, not about the protests. Between the non-stop penalties and reviews, the constant commercials, and the violent cheap shots using the helmet like a weapon, I've lost all interest. Give me NBA or Premiership any day of the week over the NFL. College football isn't much better either.

I dont know enough about the man but I wonder what his stance was on how the men in uniform were treated and looked upon in the 60's and early 70's.
