Do you know the difference between the two?....You have purchased both at one time or another?....Explain.

I purchased the new one(actually got it for free thru a promotion they were running) back in July & the cover didn't look the same as the original one from the late 80s so I called & the person who answered the phone & told me it was not the same exact system, that it was a revised MS System for 2019 & that it was better, more profitable, etc. I have never purchased or owned the original MS System from the 1980s. But that is how I know that the two are not the same thing, similar yes, but not the same.

What are your results so far with the "new and improved" version?

BTW, if they told you it was better than the old version, they must have access to the original to make that statement.....Ask them for a copy of the original, since they seem to hold the rights to the product.

I have not bothered to test it out because it was not the one that I wanted, but since I got it for free, I kept it.

If his results were good...would he be looking for the "old" version"?

I already explained this in my original post on the original thread, but I'm looking for the original system for personal reasons(which I will not get into here) & I said I don't care if it has a negative ROI or not(which it probably does). If/when I get the original MS System I may or may not test it out. I may just end up reading it & then decide whether or not to wager with it. If I do test it with real $$ it will be with very small stakes.

I actually just did that, earlier today. I sent an email to them asking for a copy of the original MS System since they claim to have the rights to it. I should hear back shortly as to their answer. If they do have the rights & I get a copy of it from them I'll let everybody know & then this thread can be closed because I will have found what I'm looking for.

Dolphin,

I have good news and bad news.

The good news is that an old friend located a copy and it is being sent to me tomorrow.

The bad news is that it isn't his and it is just a loan, so I will have to send it back. I'll see if the owner is willing to part with it for you.

Sorry to those who find threads like this so intriguing and glad that some might appreciate my sentiments.

As far as I’m concerned no matter what the motivation is to acquire or perpetuate so-called systems like this demonstrate just how desperate some people are. I guess when you include the word “Magic” in the title it causes an immediate attraction like flies to whatever you want to call it.

It’s sure is a sad commentary in light of some of the much more interesting threads posted on this forum.
