Ha! - I am currently working my way through Season 2 of Magnum P.I. That was a great show.
I am now using my Netflix to watch TV series from the 80s. I started off with Dynasty (unfortunately they only have the first four seasons of it on Netflix ). Up to Season 2 of Magnum and also on Season 1 of The A-Team.

So, how would you describe BA Baracus (Mr. T)?

- White on White and Nearly Perfect (1978) TV episode .... Lance White
Both Episodes are on Netflix........fyi
This was pre=Magnum and with Garner, a great bit of late 70's TV.

Well, Tom Selleck is a NRA spokesman, so that makes sense, but isn't he also rumored to like boyz?
Perhaps one of your patented urban appraisals of the neighborhoods surrounding Golden Gate Fields and Bay Meadows will shed more light on this seemingly irreconcilable dilemma.

Thanks for the heads up on the Rockford Files, Ralph! I had totally forgotten about that show. James Garner was great in that show.
By the way, isn't Netflix wonderful? I started using them a little over two years ago when I moved and changed from DirectTV with the mega package that cost like $130 per month with all the HBO/Cinemax/Starz, etc and went to Dish Network 250 package for half the price and used Netflix instead of getting all the movie channels and have been so pleased with both the decision and their level of service/efficiency. I have the three DVDs out at once package and so I always have something interesting to watch even if there is nothing on those 250 channels.

Love Netflix....... I stream it to my Ipad sometimes and it even works in my truck going down the road........not that I watch a movie while driving.....but I tried it to see if it would work...the wife could watch I guess on our next long trip. Having the Ipad live on the Internet in the truck is awesome. Makes a great GPS........
Netflix has a dedicated Ipad app. I have a buddy who travels for work and he has the 9 dollar deal and streams to his laptop in hotel rooms etc.......he loves it. No Hotel movies to pay for anymore.

The horses are enough for me.
But guys who know how to handle them, in Wranglers (cowboy cut, slim fit), do add to the visuals at the paddocks.
Wranglers have the heavier rolled seam on the outside of the legs. Levis have the bulkier seam on the inside of the legs. (Dead give-away, guys who ride horses and motorcycles wear Wranglers.)

No Go Go Girls say Politicians.
Pols: Go-go a no-go for Aqueduct casino

Lose the showgirls and hold on to your horses!
Queens leaders said yesterday they want to scratch a plan to have scantily clad Las Vegas-style dancers performing at a proposed casino at Aqueduct Racetrack, while an upstate judge ordered the Paterson administration to halt its latest efforts to open a gambling facility there.
Genting New York -- the American arm of the Malaysian-based gambling giant -- unveiled images on Monday of a proposed "racino" that includes a stage for showgirls to strut their stuff while gamblers play video lottery terminals.
"That's not the type of venue we're looking for," said Community Board 10 Chairwoman Betty Bratton.
Assemblywoman Audrey Pheffer (D-Ozone Park) said having showgirls at Aqueduct "went over like a lead balloon."
"That was a mistake. I'm not for scantily clothed dancers. This is not Las Vegas!" Pheffer said.

The Aqueduct racino may be the most pathetic public-private dance I've ever witnessed. And that charade is now into it's 9th year?! Jeez. You could try to mismanage something this badly and not pull it off. I suppose half-naked dancing chicks is just the natural evolution of things at this point.

Now you guys can stop the heavy breathing ...see now...we women know better than you men
But, seriously, IMO, like the showgirls, this bid will go down to defeat...I'm not sure Aqueduct will ever get a casino...the battle rages on & on & on
