Maybe that's the SHOW play I've been looking for to add to EXOTIC.
A SHOW PARLAY is considered "exotic" in some parts of the south

PACE VIEW ABILITY
We've posted at least a half dozen ways to sort, manipulate, line up the
"VIEW" ....in this program--to profits. Without any handicapping. That's
where the user comes in---it can't be that hard to do a little research on your
own--to pare down these plays, target a smaller group that your research
tells you is optimal for profits. I wasn't even looking this way--users tell me
about some of these ABILITY rating plays. I came up with this rating for
Stakes races...typically an older War-Horse that has had success in the past-
-and may be ready to fire today, at a price.
Now I see users are playing all races--and doing well with it. A little
fundamental handicapping---some track research to discover exactly which
tracks do well with this rating--and an ODDS MINIMUM definitely--should put
you in position for a solid spot-play.
Today's Presque results--8 races, 4 wins, NO handicapping. I'm convinced.

"I may have actually spelled "ALBUEQUERQUE" properly...pretty darn close anyway. I had a spell-checker/grammar-corrector Chrome "app"...but after using the free version for a couple months without actually buying it---it started cutting me off."

Thanks Ron...I love it when users get involved in their "work"
And we can just toss in top power and see which rating wins the day:

I see a lot of the same horses on each list---probably means more obvious=lower odds.
Haven't had time to check anything--did notice top ability won the 1st @ PARX DEBONAIR MAN $13.00

Working on the ability play rules, one of them is going to be throwout the ones that are top power & top ability. They win a lot but are always chalk, no money to be made there.

Those are good for singling in exotics--not really straight up win bets.
Do you all recall me mentioning a horse---that was BOTH a longshot 1 --and a longshot 2 play?
Has anyone seen one since? I can't remember the horse, but I do know it won.
What's baffling is they are both totally separate plays--not really based on any common attribute.
Please post it up if you find another....but for now, we have no other choice but to call it:
THE GREATEST, WINNINGEST, MOST PROFITABLE SPOT PLAY IN THE HISTORY OF RACING
*until we find some more

Belmont 9/21
Broke out the PV-PRO trolling for a nice BAD/GOOD spot play somewhere. None of the spot plays are meant as "auto-bets"....but to alert you of a possible "situation".
We all look at a form after a longshot wins, right? We want to see what clues were there. How many times have you looked and said
"Awww damn...if I had noticed that I would have bet that horse"
That's what the spot plays do for you---save you the time of going over the PP's looking for situations, patterns, trainer moves, etc.
Anyway....I didn't find any Bad/Good plays...but did notice a couple longshots whose pace figs show potential:
Race #2 GLOBAL POSITIONING 8-1 ML (in a bottom level claimer) ---his last race pace figs compare to the Feature Race's 3/5 fav ANIMAL APPEAL.
Interesting...
This view is the E-1 screen---every E-1 last race pace figure-leader is shown--one for every race, naturally.
HUMBOLDT N FROST in the 6F 7th @ 15-1 ML holds some interest as well.
That last race looks suspiciously like a workout-- prepping for a shorter distance. He went hell-bent like he had never done before--the better part of a 9F race...then was eased up and walked off.
Claimed out of that race--Englehardt puts him in a beautiful spot here. His works say he's okay--he could be "live"....at a nice price.
Also....4TH Race BRIANBAKESCOOKIES 5-1 ML...shows up as a BEST BET & ABILITY/POWER selection. You don't see many of those at 5-1.

As far as Global Positioning, the trainer has been known to put one over at times. If not today, soon.

TLG has Global Positioning on top of his 2nd race selections. And Humbolt N frost on top also.
