Picks for St Patrick's Day

Need to get Lucky and work my way out of a slump...going longshots today.

Betting Win if odds > 3/1 and Key Box Exactas

Balmoral R13........9 w/1,5 ...Galactic Star-6/1
Predicting the crowd will go 20/1+ but shouldn't. Shows gate speed 4 of 5 but must ignore last race.

The BigM R4.........4 on top/10,9,8,5 ...Laguna Beach 3/1
OK..The most overbet horse of the day will be #2 IRISH Elitist.. so I'll go against with overlaid chalk.

The BigM R8.........5 w/2,4,7 ...Arduous-8/1
Seems to dislike the BigM and the BigM crowd dislikes him but I need a popper...

Woodbine R5.........6 w/5,3,8 ...Midnite Romp-7/1
Golden post, up in class but catches a light nw14000L5,...... 57-4 -/- 53-4 w/ 26- 4thQ in last
Father Son Exacta?

Woodbine R8.........6 w/1,7,5 ...Highbeta Blue Chip 8/1
5yo was competitive here in December 12 wins last year.

Yonkers R4..........6 w/2,1,4 ...Upscale Hanover-12/1
Switch to Brennan in a race with no obvious speed, might try to show the way.

Good Luck All

Ray go to BobbyZ's web site and check out the race replay of Morality's last race. Talk about super impressive. The trainer must have "found the key" to this horse. Would be shocked if he does not race well. I know he loses Yannick but it's to a Burke horse and that's Yannick main guy. Dan Dube is a capable replacement. Morality is 7-2 on the line so not sure of what kind of off odds to expect. The Allard horse should be the chalk.

You will have NO trouble finding that replay it's right on MrZ's front page as one of his handicappers had him last week at the big mutual price.

I don't know who the track super is but this surface cushion and banking coupled with new faster bikes and trainers who can adjust equipment and shoeing is going to make for some new records this summer.

4 seconds off LTM for Morality ...today's a good test for those who worry about bouncing.

This could be a bad sign Ray, but Frank Cotolo also picks Discoverer.

My selections for last night were like the conditions at Woodbine----In A Fog. One small priced winner (which I did not bet I have a min odds of at least 3-1 for a win bet) many of the picks were hammered at the windows thus no bet. The fog got so bad at WDB my horse could not lose as they had no race. Even with the bad night it's been a very good March. To go along with very good Jan and Feb. Geez I love this game. Hate to see what has happened to it but as Pandy said in another thread "it is what it is". At least this year both The BigM and Balmoral are having increases in handle.
