I agree with you about her affirmatively stating she saw Judge at the Safeway does not reach the threshold of telling a lie.
But it does go to her memory if she really believes it was a Safeway it demonstrates her memory may not be a good as she claims.

I think the evidence is available to prove who is telling the truth.....k's calender's when he was 17. Dates and times of parties, school event, doctor appointments. His daily schedule in black and white. A lot of these snapshots could be easily varied. Writing documentation with times and dates in his handwriting. What could be better prove. Forensic test could verify if paper and ink match time frame.

There was a reason Ford kept everything vague, she was afraid any specifics could be proven that she was either lying or mistaken. It was a good strategy by the left wing lawyers.
