R7 Governor's

Exclamation is a decent value.

Coming off a 'dud' which helps the price. Should fit well into the pace scenario, and get a decent trip.

Nope... Kukulkan surprised me by gunning for the lead, and making the work,
Kukulkan ran the better of the two from that point on...

Having so much fun. Lovely setting for the track, ringed by “mountains.” Well, really tall foothills, anyway.

The grandhouse is packed with race fans, and it’s separated a good distance from the casino—yay!

We’re in the clubhouse... air-conditioned dining terraces, all-you-can-eat buffet, free t-shirt, free commemorative program, free WV Derby glass, casino coupon... and there’ll be free entertainment at Lucky’s afterward.

My guy Sir Anthony did not hit the board in the 7th. Silver Dust came away the convincing winner... my congratulations to the connections.

Next up, the WV Derby. Mr. Money is atop the market at 3/5. As a recreational bettor, I won’t be wagering on him at those low odds. I’ll have to look around for some longshots that have a shot to hit the board at a price. Perhaps the 1, 6, or 8.

Derby and Whitney - both 13 min to post!
What the hell are they thing at Mnr??? Are they thinking?
Why move your card to daytime and then go head to head with the best race of the day.

Someone needs to seek employment elsewhere.
Bonehead move.

Gotta respect the connections of Mr. Money.

Finding their spots, and winning. That wasn't a crap field he just lapped.

I'll be very interested where they spot him next.

Mr. Money won as much much the best. A facile victory. He acted like he wanted to go around again. This is a seriously good colt.
