Ice cream and doughnuts within hours of each other? Egad, as someone not into sweets I find that gross. I haven't had either one of those things in years. I could go for some El Torito food, definitely miss the California Mexican restaurants.

When I was overseas 40 years ago, the locals that said they wanted to go to the USA always had Disneyland on their list of stuff they wanted to see.

This person visited Universal Studios - I did not check the address, is that the amusement park?

I believe Universal Studios has added a lot of theme park attractions over the years, that is probably the only amusement type park I never went to when in SoCal. I even went to the 20 years defunct Movieland Wax Museum, that was the largest in the country.

Yes it is if my memory is right.

Lots of touristy stuff in that area if I remember
