If it's so dead, then you should be able to refute it easily. Any discipline, including the judiciary, that makes a decision that is not logically sound is totally bogus -- dead on arrival. But, there's plenty of precedent in this fallen world for poor judicial rulings. In fact, God often rebuked and judged Israel harshly for its unjust decisions.

Their mistake I believe was not having an actual voter file the suit.
