Atlantic City...... Is this true? No OTB’s?

So only one place that has OTB (Borgotta) and it’s not even on the Boardwalk? I can’t imagine staying at a casino that doesn’t have an OTB.

Atlantic City has experienced some hard times and the OTBs were always empty, so....money talks. If it makes you feel better, the Borgata is by far the nicest casino in Atlantic City so you'd be better off there than on the boardwalk anyway.

two new casinos open up later this year, Hard Rock (former Trump Taj Mahal), and the Revel is re-opening as a Hyatt hotel. I doubt they'll have horse betting, but we'll see. They should be just as nice, or nicer, than the Borgota.

Atlantic City casinos closed down the racebooks...because the infrequent inhabitants there were complaining of "loneliness".

If Hard Rock still wants to partner with Jeff Gural should slots ever come to the Big M, it would surely make sense for them to have a racebook at their new aycee property. We shall see.

with the advent of sports betting in the AC casinos (assuming a positive SCOTUS opinion) i would imagine they will all have sports/racebooks in the near future. Cant see them allowing Monmouth to dominate the market.
