WHHC

I guess I am officially allowed to brag. I finished first in the WHHC finals at the Meadowlands Sat. night! Still can't quite believe it. Now it's back to normal - taking the day off work to go play the Meadows!

Nice going Jefftune !!!...

I have to admit it tho, I have been in a few of those things myself, and could only come out twenty something, and only one time at that...

I marvel sometimes how people can win those affairs, when I struggle, often enough, to find just a couple of bets to my liking on any racecard, let alone finding enough to win the day's event....It leaves me a bit jealous sometimes, in an admiring way of course.....

P.S....I just plugged into your website, and I have to admit I never knew it existed....From now on I intend to visit more often...Nice site, well done

I didn't follow the format of wagering for this year. What was your strategy going in with how you were going to bet?

Along the..........???

Along the same idea as post #10..... gave us some details.........such as How many races did you have to hit to win the contest?.........the win amounts?

Did you have to switch your strategy in the middle of the contest because you were behind? Any other helpful advice?

Thanks in advance!

This article on the USTA page pretty much tells the story. Was definitely looking for longshots. Lost my first five bets - 5-1, 29-1, 16-1, 10-1, 14-1. Hit the next five.
