Bias and Weather

Hasn't anyone that keeps bias notes for both turf and dirt ever tried to determine if the weather (not just surface) plays a part in the way the races are developing on both surfaces.

For example, if the weather is very humid or it's a beautiful mild dry day might that have a tendency be impact the race flows on both surfaces.

I have some data to check if there's a correlation between dirt and turf day to day, but I have no weather information.
