Oh...I see. And you probably think that your Q-Plan ramblings are a PRODUCTIVE use of "everyone's time".

Here....Let me make this simple for you:
Kyl is now the Senator of Arizona, once again...
McCain is now dead, not on his terms....Timing is everything.

I couldn't agree with you more that Chuck Schumer is a TOTAL SCUMBAG. I wouldn't trust that guy as far as I could throw him. But there is one person who makes Chuck Schumer look like Shirley Temple. One person who is so evil he makes Darth Vader look like a Boy Scout.

When you receive the most resistance, you are over the target.
Hardcore liberals fear the rule of law and the constitution because it takes away their last line of defense for cheating and corruption when they can't push their agenda thru the political system.
But all is good though because this theater will continue to wake up the average citizen who previously sat on the sidelines.
Warning: Trump Wave ahead.

I sorta remember Merrick Garland nomination being obstructed by the republicans.

If Merritt Garland was such a great jurist, worthy of the Supreme Court, then how come Barack Obama never ever even nominated him to the Court??
Obama had two chances to nominate him and he picked Sonya and Eleana, both lacking in judicial prowess, ahead of him.
No, Garland was a dupe, while not of his doing. Obama nominated him solely to play his usual game of putting Party above country. McConnell played the game and his hand too, and Mitch won!
The GOP did the right thing slapping down Obama ... and now, the Democrats cannot stop Kavanaugh today. And this is why they are going nuts because this is the closest they could have gotten in extracting any sort of revenge and stopping a Trump nominee.
Plus, after November 2018's election and the next two elections after that, Trump's GOP will will gain many more seats in the Senate and House which means Trump could nominate the next 2-3 conservative judges to the Supreme Court before all is said and done.

Like reckless said, but the perfect storm has occurred preventing any gains in the left wing agenda. This is why we are seeing heads explode at a exponential rate today, should a blue wave not happen in November you will see resignations and retirement notices by those who intended doing a John McCain.
