Republicans would be foolish to endorse this bill -- given what we know about it thus far. You'd think Republicans would have some knowledge of history...like when Ronald Reagan agreed to allow amnesty for illegals already here in return for Democrats' pledge to finally secure the border permanently, resulting in the 1986 Immigration Control and Reform Act. Well, we got amnesty; Democrats promptly forgot about their end of the agreement.
But knowing Republicans like I do, I have little faith that Charlie Brown won't let Lucy pull that football away again.
I almost admire the Democrats' transparency in their strategy to achieve a permanent majority with illegal immigration. They play the long game.

Biden said yesterday that he will enforce the border IF Congress passed an immigration bill. So he is admitting that he is purposely not enforcing it right now and won't enforce the border through his second term if there is no bill passed. So we can expect over 10 million more through 2028 if he wins and there isn't a immigration law. Trump winning is the only thing that will save this country from chaos.

The Democrats fail to mention that the House passed a great immigration bill last May and the Democrats sat on it. Don't blame the Republicans for holding up a horrible bill that will allow 1.8 million to flood in every year.

This bill is the equivalnt of rmails asking for you to send seed money to Nigeria and you get a massive amount of money the Prince needs to dispose of.
Anyone who votes yes is a traitor or a moron.
The ONLY difference between now and when Trump had operational control is his EO that Biden ended.
NO LAWS ARENEEDED OR MONEY SPENT TO CUT CROSSINGS BY 80 PERCENT.
ALL THAT IS LACKING IS 2 BALLS AND A BACKBONE.

DeSantis disputed Biden's claim that he does not already have the power to mitigate the crisis
Florida Gov Ron DeSantis calls Biden border deal ‘a farce,’ says it will worsen migrant crisis
On Friday, the president acknowledged that he would "shut down the border" if a new bipartisan immigration deal is passed by Congress. Biden claims that he does not have that power already.

Huffpost and CNN are too biased to give a fair assessment.
Thanks.

How does the senile hump of a potus explain HS Sec MYDORKASS continually claim the border is secure and we have operational control?
Biden has not had operational control of his bladder or his bowels for over 20 years.
I'd like to see someone hold up a map ask Joe to point out where the border is.

Exactly. Why does he need a bill when his administration has assured us for three years, repeatedly, that the border "is not open" and that it is "secure?"
So what just changed? Aside from the fact that it's an election year and Democrats can read polls.

Yep Deja Screw.... Give us what we want and we'll do as we please. And the Rinos will most likely sign it for the War.

If the POTUS doesn't have authority to control our borders then what was Biden's legal basis for having the DOJ go after Texas since this state was merely securing its own border? Maybe Mosty will tell us.
