It's a mortal lock and a cinch. You can go to the bank on this.

There's no Blue Wave; there was no Blue Wall either -- I pleaded with all you guys six months before Nov. 2016 about that. You rather believe the anti-Trumpers and the Nate Silvers of the world, but not reckless, who only had your best interest in mind ...shame, shame.

I am also the only public service announcer on PA OT-General. Never forget that either.
Not that there is a good reason to think otherwise ... but please enlighten me, why are you so sure of this? Any evidence? Particular polling? Your best guess?

The Blue Wave is still something Trumpeteers should worry about.
Jun.07.2018

https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/fir...-party-n880721

By a whopping 25-point margin, voters say they’re more likely to back a congressional candidate who promises to serve as a check on President Donald Trump, according to a new national poll from NBC News and the Wall Street Journal.

And by a similar margin, they say they’re less likely to vote for someone who has supported the president on most issues.

...What’s more, Democrats are more enthusiastic about the upcoming midterms, with 63 percent of them registering either a “9” or “10” on a 10-point scale of interest, while just 47 percent of Republicans signal the same level of enthusiasm.

Just saying.

the platforms of

open borders are good
partial birth abortion
subsidized health insurance
LGBTQ rights
police are bad
discrimination is rampant
more legalized drugs
less jail time, separating parents from children
Trump is bad

are platforms for success, and surprising the dims do not win ALL elections

The democrat's platform just flies in the faces of most Americans, bottom line.

I just saw your post, LemonSoup... sorry for the delay.

Well the Democrats have been telling people the following:

Trump sucks

Democrats will impeach Trump

Tax cuts don't mean anything

Open borders is what is best for America

Trump is stupid

The rich aren't taxed enough

The tax cuts are crumbs

Global warming will kill everyone

Trump left the Paris Accord, TPP, etc.

We are NOT respected in the world

Trump sucks

Trump is stupid

Trump is racist

White men are racist

Trump sucks

Trump and the GOP hate women, blacks, hispanics and gays

Trump is stupid

A border wall is racist

Trump sucks

Trump colluded with Russians to win the election

I am sure I missed a few more reasons why there will NOT be a Blue Wave. I don't watch the clowns on cable TV so I must be behind the deranged talking heads.

The reasons I give for a GOP romp is that the country does not want what the Democrats are promising. People do not hate Trump. Only the left wing lunatics, the media and the majority of PA-OT general posters hate him, that's all. No one of any significance in influence or intellect.

My analysis has nothing to do with polling -- most polls are corrupt and biased against Trump. Many pollsters only poll about 25-27 percent Republicans and conservatives. The rest are Trump/GOP haters. Plus, polls are a single event taken at a single specific moment.

Why should I depend on polling when I know everything?

Plus, because of the institutional bias, most polls are often proven wrong. Ask all those on here that live and die about Nate Silver ... who? Oh yeah, him.

I never guess either. I don't need to guess. It's all out there right in front of each and every one of us. You just need to know what's going on and the answer falls right in your hands.

Just like handicapping horse races or buying stocks. Think independently but think clearly.

Tom,
You do realize that all the votes have not been counted yet, right.
perhaps we should wait before pronouncing the democratic party dead and on its last legs.

dont you remember 2016. and the steadily increasing Hillary Clinton Margin of victory in callie due to late counting of ballots nearly a week later.
