They are still looking into her case. Lol.

Bet they say that to everyone.

Blah, blah, blah blah......tough nuggies.
TRUMP, being blamed for everything the by the useless dems, has it times 50.
deal with it. IF your state was not prepared for it, then your elected incompetent, remember that on election day - that was their JOB. Unemployment is nothing extraordinary, like shutting down an entire country.

Look at your own state with the same criteria as your hold Trump to.

Maybe YOUR governor sold all the new computers as surplus like Dimwitted Baby Mario did with his ventilators.

BMario was looking good a few weeks back.

I think the facts have caught up with him. His failings in prep for a disaster are now public knowledge

My brother and his wife both had been at Mardi Gras both came down with the virus. She was in hospital for 4 days. They are both home now in Mi. and are doing fine. Wednesday a friend of mine passed with covid-19 and 2 days earlier his brother had passed both had underlying health issues.

No government official at any level has looked good during this ordeal...IMO. There has been disunity and confusion throughout, at the federal AND the state levels...to the point where the vulnerable public doesn't know whom and what to believe. One wonders if our free-loading "leaders" can get their act together so we could be better prepared for something like this the NEXT time around.

Thumbs down

Santa Anita closed .
My husband has worked there over 60 years.
He was planning to turn 100 yrs old on Jan 17. 2021.
Now we dont know if racing will start up again.
I usually bet turf races at Santa Anita and Del Mar.

A Los Angeles politician closed Santa Anita.

They should race, even with no fans.
But race. Horses and 750 backstretch workers depend
on Santa Anita racing.
Terrible situation.

This is as good a spot as any to ask where the Speaker is these days. Why is she not in DC? Why isn’t Congress calling experts in health and business to speak publicly about current events? They had time for frivolous investigations and hearings. What about the important stuff??

Wow! Let's hope he celebrates 100 at the track with racing on!

Two others are for employees who only work part time even though we have numerous records of us asking if they'd take on more hours. They say they are working reduced hours due to coronavirus. That's horse hockey. One woman started last July working 16 hrs/wk. In September she started working 18 hrs/wk. It's been that way every week since. Where is the reduction in hours? My wife called her and flatly asked why she'd file when she had no basis. The response was if she didn't try she might get left out. Said her boyfriend has been without a job for some time so they need the extra money. My wife then says we'd be happy to give you full time. Response was that her boyfriend fears for her to work more because of the virus. Lazy. I abhor lazy and this virus is bringing everyone of them out of the wood work with their hands out.

We need to create a virus that only goes after lazy people. /rant
Same stuff here. 4-5 that quit last year, a few who left under job abandonment over 6 months ago. Claiming recent layoffs

I would be zero on it at whatever generous odds you give me. You dont have to be right or left to feel the same way either.

Same here in Neb. My friend said it was driving him nuts also. He had one from almost a year ago, who had worked for 5 weeks and then never showed up again.

Spoiling my dog tonight. Roast beef drippings over her dog food, and a new tennis ball. Now she is at my feet getting the belly rub. Think we are going to the river in the morning, just to get the hell out of the house. She agrees we need to get doughnuts for the trip.
