Ran 3rd at 14-1
No - Dawly isn't quite good enough, but man did it hurt losing that 7-10 exacta late
got my price and he ran on well but had too much to do...finished 7-11-10

I hear you, had the 7-10 also. But, RRR's horses don't 'rebreak' like they used to, they just 'run around there' this horse got 3rd strictly on talent and class, he had no extra 'burst'.
Time to file RRR into the "human" category, he's just another trainer, nothing especial about him anymore. Coincidentally, of course.

Nice payouts. I didn't believe that figure on the 11. D'oh!!!
At least the 7 got left up for some win dough - thought the 2 might claim foul. Good ride by JR.

He was in 2nd place for a few strides but got eaten up by the #11.
I thought he kicked it in rather well...he was just way too far back.
Race 8 - holy moly...I really thought i'd get a price on the but he now looks like the chief speed with the scratches...5-2 odds currently

I dont really love that horse in there...his last win he was LONE SPEED and was handed the race in a slow internal pace. I'm also going to monitor Jacobson and make sure his horses are running out of their skin like they were at Belmont....his horse in the 7th was just even, no special burst from that one.
His horse here has a trumped up PP line due to an easy trip in a weak field these are far superior to what he faced that day imo.

Bahnah in the 8th.....watched her replay and gosh, the jockey looked bigger than the horse. Im not one for betting teeny tiny horses like this at high levels of competition, looking elsewhere.

A Better Tomw #2 in the 10th will find himself in front if the #12 is not pushed. Rosario could make the difference though the horse has never passed a horse in his races. #11 looks like he could be part of super if they don't go too fast.

I like the 6 and 7. The 6 is a horse i have in my "barn notes" (see link below) and the 7 was pretty impressive visually last time, very strong kick for 2nd.
