You connect the chromecast to your tv via the hdmi cable and select the corresponding input on the tv, you should see the chromecast home screen.
Using a chromebook and the chrome browser to view your Zoom session select More from the top right then Cast then Cast To and select your device.
Similar solution from an Android tablet. It will be more difficult from an iphone. Google around a bit because I think it's doable.
You may be able to connect your chromebook directly to your tv if it has hdmi out. This would be simplest.
