I only made it 10 minutes and some change. As for Steven Sund, f**k you, are a glaringly incompetent excuse making POS. You are personally responsible for the embarrassment that is the Capitol Police. They committed all kinds of tactical errors that made things worse. Who is hiring, supervising and training these people? I can see the recruiter's ad posted for Capitol Police.
Requirements:
Must have political aspirations, left leaning only, people who vote for Republicans need not apply.
You must be a self centered drama queen, who does not think of others.
People who are mentally strong, level headed under pressure and a leader of men please do not apply. This is considered a good trait for a typical law enforcement job, but the Capitol Police is not typical.
If you are overly sensitive, prone to mental melt downs, consider a broken finger nail a career ending injury and commonly wad up in the fetal position on a bad day and cry often, the Capitol Police is for you.
For supervisory positions an ability to be able to make all situations worse by poor training and supervising of subordinates is a big plus. If you have ever been able to make a big scary mess out of a situation a mall cop easily handles please attach additional pages to document the incident.
Video documentation with witness interviewed your extreme incompetence
will go a long way to getting hired.
Need to fill 100's of positions quickly as too many career ending broken finger nails were sustained on J6. The supervisory positions will be tough to fill as the legacy of the Capitol Police making the Keystone Cops look competent is a challenge.
As for the interview I could only stand 10 minutes or so, typical, Sund just provided a bunch of excuses, he should be ashamed of the incompetence of himself and what he passed down his to his men.

You don't think all the Capitol police that testified on J6 and were interviewed weren't mostly left learners? I only watched 10 minutes of this interview in bits and pieces and little of my opinion came from it.

I have crappy internet and it has regressed. I used to be able to watch videos at off peak hours now it is a PITA.
