Might as well start a new thread for this special counsel that was named today.
Btw, I think it will take 2 yrs for them to act on anything. That gets us past Election Day.
Which is their real goal.
“ Weiss will be responsible for the “ongoing investigation” of President Joe Biden’s son ”as well as for any other matters that arose or may arise from that investigation,” the Justice Department said in a statement. Weiss, who was already overseeing the Hunter Biden probe and is based in Delaware, asked to be appointed special counsel on Tuesday and Garland agreed it was “in the public interest” to do so, the attorney general said.”

Let justice prevail....
If Hunter Biden gained financially by promising
presidential influence, then he needs to pay the price.
Should his father be implicated, same rules apply.
The can should not be kicked on this one.
Wrap it up by year's end.

Hunter lives like a rock star with zero marketable skills combined with being less than a less than room temperature I.Q. having gutter trash of a human being. What is wrong with this picture? Good ole Joe is blowing away the failure Carter was by leaps and bounds. Find me any president who had a family member who was a bigger POS than Hunter Biden. Are there any child serial killers in any president's family tree?

Weiss is the same 'prosecutor' that has been 'investigating' Hunter for over 5 years .... and only succeeded in letting statute of limitations to pass for most serious charges.
This will also limit the House of Representatives ability to subpoena witnesses because of the ongoing investigation.
