I agree. I use it as an angle. I wouldn't suggest picking just based on that criteria alone.

Maybe the weather and track condition will be an issue - when was that last time the race was run in a snow storm?

Looks like there has been sleet but never snow, coldest was 36 a couple times.

spit snow early the day unbridled won. turned to sleet then a sleet rain mix. eventually cold rain most miserable derby weather in my life
